Job Description – Civil Site Engineer

Position: Civil Site Engineer
Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering
Experience: 1–3 Years
Project: Providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs)
Location: Jaffarpur, Galibpur, Sarangpur, Shikarpur, and Tajpur

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at sewage treatment plant (STP) project sites.
- Ensure that construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, site teams, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Inspect civil works, including excavation, concreting, reinforcement, masonry, and structural works.
- Verify measurements, maintain site records, and prepare daily progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety guidelines, and applicable engineering practices.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
- Assist in reviewing drawings,



monitoring contractor activities, and reporting deviations to the Project Manager.
- Monitor the execution of STP-related civil structures, including tanks, foundations, and associated infrastructure.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of civil construction practices and site supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of quality control, site measurements, and progress reporting.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work at project locations as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in civil site supervision, infrastructure projects, water or wastewater treatment plants, or STP construction will be preferred.
