MIJA is a contemporary fine jewellery brand specializing in lab-grown diamond jewellery. With a focus on sustainable luxury, refined craftsmanship, and modern designs, MIJA offers a premium jewellery shopping experience. We are seeking confident, customer-oriented sales professionals to represent our brand at Mumbai International Airport, Terminal 2 (T2).

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a premium, personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable diamond jewellery from the collection.
- Drive individual and store sales by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Develop strong product knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, jewellery craftsmanship, and brand collections.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain store presentation, product displays, stock organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Build lasting customer relationships through effective clienteling, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
- Ensure compliance with airport security procedures, retail policies, and operational guidelines.
- Assist international customers and provide skilled service to a diverse clientele.





Candidate Requirements

- Experience in diamond jewellery retail sales, including lab-grown or natural diamonds, or sales experience with premium and luxury brands.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with strong English communication skills being mandatory.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
- A confident, well-groomed, presentable personality with a customer-first approach.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Experience handling international customers will be an added advantage.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts in a 24x7 airport retail environment.
- Graduate in any discipline.
