Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Business Analyst** to join the core **TBB-VaaniAI** product team at Tech Brainbucks Infosoft.

In this role, you will be the crucial bridge connecting **Client Business Needs, Product Strategy, Real-Time Telephony Data, and AI Engineering**. You will define how our AI voice agents interact with customers, analyze conversational funnels, specify ERP/CRM integration touchpoints, and leverage data to optimize call outcomes, payment promises, and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Requirements & Conversational Blueprints (PRDs)

- Interface with enterprise clients, business stakeholders, and partners to deeply understand domain-specific operational workflows.

- Author detailed **Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)**, functional user stories, process flowcharts, and acceptance criteria.

- Architect domain-specific **AI Agent Blueprints**: map conversation stages, objection-handling trees, energetic voice tools (e.g., balance check, payment promise recording, WhatsApp invoice delivery), and live human transfer rules.

Telephony & Conversational Analytics

- Regularly analyze live telemetry across voice campaigns: **Connection Rates, Average Call Duration, User Interruption/Barge-in Rates, Intent Detection Accuracy, Broken Payment Promises, and Resolution Ratios**.

- Audit raw call transcripts and audio logs to discover drop-off points, regional linguistic accents, colloquial Hindi phrases, and prompt failures.

- Provide empirical feedback to AI engineers to fine-tune system prompts, VAD sensitivity, and post-call structured extraction.

3. Enterprise Integration & Field Reality Workflows

- Map real-world data pipelines between TBB-VaaniAI and Indian business software ecosystems (e.g., Tally Prime/ERP9, Busy, Zoho, Salesforce, and custom SQL databases).

- Design solutions for real-world accounting gaps—such as "On-Account" running balances, bill-aging categories, payment reconciliation schedules, and automated receipt voucher writebacks.

- Develop data-cleansing and contact-reconciliation workflows (e.g., identifying landlines, cleaning invalid phone numbers, CRM lead matching).

4. Metrics, Dashboards & A/B Testing

- Track and report on core platform KPIs: Recovery Rates, Cost-per-Collection, Agent Utilization, Wallet Consumption, and First-Call Resolution.

- Write SQL queries (PostgreSQL) to build custom analytics dashboards and executive performance reports.

- Conduct data-driven experiments on calling windows, caller IDs (DIDs), retry algorithms, and script variations to maximize business outcomes.

5. Cross-Functional Execution & UAT

- Work in tandem with Frontend, Backend, Voice Engineering, and Client Success teams to drive features from ideation to production.

- Own **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** for new module releases, ensuring zero regression and seamless end-to-end user journeys.

- Create clear client onboarding collateral,



user manuals, and feature release notes.

Qualifications & Requirements

- **Experience:** 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Implementation Consultant in B2B SaaS, Conversational AI, CPaaS/CCaaS, Telephony, or Fintech.

- **SQL & Data Proficiency:** Solid hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) to write joins, aggregates, and extract analytical insights.

- **Conversational AI & Telephony Understanding:** Good grasp of Prompt Engineering, LLM capabilities and guardrails, Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and telephony concepts (DIDs, IVR, Call Disposition, WebSockets).

- **ERP / Business Process Knowledge:** Familiarity with Indian accounting systems (Tally, Busy, Marg) or CRM funnels (Lead $rightarrow$ Opportunity $rightarrow$ Invoice $rightarrow$ Collection) is strongly preferred.

- **Strong Documentation Skills:** Proven ability to turn complex business logic into clear, structured diagrams and technical PRDs (using Miro, Mermaid, Notion, or Confluence).

- **First-Principles Problem Solver:** Eager to listen to real call recordings, diagnose why an outcome failed, and implement systematic fixes.
