Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in daily production and manufacturing activities.
- Understand and monitor production processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Support quality inspections and ensure products meet required quality standards.
- Assist in identifying and resolving production-related issues.
- Maintain daily production reports, process records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Learn about machinery, equipment operation, and preventive maintenance.
- Support process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
- Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
- Participate in training sessions and implement the knowledge gained.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
3. Educational Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Fresh engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
4. Required Skills
- Basic technical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and other basic computer applications.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
