Position: IT Specialist – Software Development & Digital Solutions

Department: IT / Digital Transformation

Location: Noida / Delhi NCR Experience: 3–6 Years

Role Objective: The IT Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining software applications and digital solutions based on organizational and project requirements. The candidate should be a hands-on developer with solid coding skills who can convert business requirements into functional applications, portals, dashboards, and automated systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop web applications, software, portals, dashboards and internal IT tools.
- Convert project/business requirements into functional technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient and maintainable front-end and back-end code. Develop and integrate APIs, databases and third-party applications.




- Build customized systems for HR, Recruitment, BD, Project Management, Audit and Operations.
- Automate manual processes through coding, scripts and system integrations.
- Test, troubleshoot, debug and improve existing applications.
- Maintain databases and ensure data security, backup and system reliability.
- Support deployment, maintenance and continuous improvement of developed solutions. Coordinate with different departments to understand requirements and deliver projects on time.
