Job Description – Junior Dentist-Service

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month + Incentives (based on experience and skills)

We are looking for BDS freshers to provide virtual support and guidance to patients through phone calls, video consultations, WhatsApp, and other digital communication platforms. The candidate will help patients understand their dental treatment plans, coordinate appointments, address general queries, and ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide virtual assistance and support to patients regarding dental treatments and procedures.
- Explain treatment plans and post-treatment care instructions as directed by the treating dentist.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, ongoing treatments, and recovery.
- Coordinate virtual consultations and schedule appointments with dentists.
- Respond to patient queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and video calls.
- Educate patients about oral hygiene, preventive dental care, and the importance of follow-up visits.
- Maintain patient records, follow-up notes, and communication logs.
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure timely patient assistance.




- Escalate clinical concerns and emergencies to the treating dentist or appropriate medical team.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow professional and ethical standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- BDS degree from a recognized dental college.
- Valid dental registration, as applicable to the role and clinical duties.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital communication tools.
- Good patient-handling, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient-focused, and professional attitude.
