About the Role
We are looking for a creative, responsible, and enthusiastic Operations & Social Media Intern to join our team. The role involves handling day-to-day operational tasks along with managing the company’s social media presence and online product updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the company’s Instagram and other social media accounts on a regular basis.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, etc. to create content and generate creative ideas.
- Plan and maintain a regular social media posting schedule.
- Click and manage product photographs for online listings and social media.
- Upload and update products, prices, images, and stock availability on the company website.
- Keep website product information accurate and up to date.
- Monitor and respond to Instagram DMs, social media messages, and customer inquiries.
- Forward relevant inquiries to the appropriate team and maintain proper follow-up.




- Assist with other day-to-day operational activities as required.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth execution of online and offline activities.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media management.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT/Gemini.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full time Internship
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Role: Operations & Social Media Intern
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year experience welcome.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
