Microland is seeking a Technical Architect specializing in ServiceNow to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. The role also necessitates a strong understanding of best practices in IT service management and agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions based on industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring the team adheres to agile principles.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct system integration and manage configurations in ServiceNow.
- Ensure documentation is created and maintained, including design documents and user manuals.
- Identify and resolve issues related to ServiceNow integration and performance.
- Stay current with ServiceNow enhancements, features, and product roadmaps.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Proven experience in a Technical Architect role with a focus on ServiceNow.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices in IT service management.
- Experience as a Scrum Master or in agile project management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules including Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and improve them through technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
