Job Title: Admissions Counsellor – Remote (Flexible Working Hours)

About the Role:

Training4Impact is looking for a confident and result-oriented Admissions Counsellor to promote our medical fellowship and certificate courses. The candidate will communicate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals, explain the courses and help interested candidates complete their enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact leads through phone calls and WhatsApp
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility and learning benefits
- Counsel interested healthcare professionals and resolve their queries
- Regularly follow up with prospective candidates
- Convert suitable leads into successful enrolments
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and payments
- Update lead details and progress in Google Sheets or the assigned system
- Coordinate with the team and submit regular performance updates
- Work towards the assigned monthly enrolment targets

Candidate Requirements:

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Previous experience in telecalling, counselling,



sales or business development is preferred
- Experience in education, healthcare or course sales will be an advantage
- Comfortable communicating with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Must have a smartphone, laptop/computer and reliable internet connection
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email and Google Sheets
- Self-motivated, disciplined and capable of working independently
- Candidates with previous remote-working experience will be preferred
