We are hiring an Admission Sales Executive cum Telecaller to connect with prospective students and parents, explain courses and admission procedures, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Handle incoming admission inquiries.
- Explain courses, eligibility, fees, admission process, and other details.
- Counsel students and understand their requirements.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates.
- Convert leads into successful admissions.
- Handle objections and provide appropriate information to students and parents.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the admission team for documentation and enrollment.
- Follow up on pending applications, documents, and fee payments.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and sales targets.
Requirements
- Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, admission counselling, education sales, inside sales, or customer service.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with sales/admission targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Good Hindi and English communication preferred.
