We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Controller Trainee to join our Quality Control team at our ice cream manufacturing unit. The selected candidate will receive practical exposure to food quality standards, hygiene practices, production monitoring, and quality control procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor product quality during production.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Assist in quality testing, inspection, and documentation.
- Monitor cleanliness and sanitation in the production area.
- Maintain quality control records and reports.
- Support the Quality Control team in daily activities.
Eligibility
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, or other relevant food-related disciplines.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and quality control is an advantage.
- Candidates residing in or near Kakkanchery, Malappuram, are preferred.
Training & Working Conditions
- Duty Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Training Period: 3 months.
- Stipend: No stipend during the initial 3-month training period.
- Candidates must be willing to commit to the full 3-month training period.
