Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive – Project Inspections to conduct site inspections, verify project progress, assess workmanship, identify defects, and ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections of ongoing and completed project sites.
- Verify work quality, measurements, materials, and project progress.
- Identify defects, deviations, delays, and pending works.
- Verify project execution against approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Prepare inspection reports with photographs and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely defect rectification.
- Conduct follow-up and final project inspections.




- Report critical quality, safety, compliance, and execution issues.
- Maintain inspection records, MIS, and project documentation.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction, interior projects, maintenance, project execution, or quality inspection.
- Knowledge of BOQs, drawings, measurements, and material verification.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Solid analytical, communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
