About The Dental Bond

The Dental Bond is a premium, multidisciplinary dental practice in Andheri West, Mumbai, committed to delivering personalised, technology-driven dentistry with a strong focus on clinical excellence, patient comfort and long-term treatment outcomes.

Led by experienced dental specialists, including Dr. Husain Harianawala, MDS Prosthodontist and ITI Scholar in Implantology, our clinic combines advanced digital technology with a collaborative, specialist-led approach to patient care.

Our infrastructure includes 3D CBCT imaging, intraoral scanners, CEREC same-day CAD/CAM restorations, dental microscopes and 3D printing, enabling comprehensive restorative, implant and aesthetic dental treatments.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated MDS Prosthodontist with expertise or a strong interest in Implantology to join our growing clinical team.

Job Responsibilities

- Diagnose and manage prosthodontic cases, including crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures and complex restorative treatments.
- Plan and execute comprehensive rehabilitation cases, including full-mouth rehabilitation where indicated.
- Evaluate patients for dental implants and develop appropriate, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Perform implant placement and/or implant-supported restorations, depending on clinical competence and experience.
- Manage aesthetic and functional rehabilitation with a focus on predictable, long-term outcomes.
- Use digital dentistry tools, including intraoral scanners, CBCT imaging and CAD/CAM workflows, wherever appropriate.
- Explain diagnoses, treatment options,



timelines and costs clearly to patients.
- Work collaboratively with specialists and the wider clinical team to deliver coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, treatment documentation, follow-up protocols and infection-control standards.
- Participate in case discussions, treatment planning and continuous clinical improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

- MDS in Prosthodontics from a recognised dental institution.
- Valid registration with the relevant State Dental Council.
- Strong fundamentals in prosthodontics, restorative dentistry and treatment planning.
- Clinical experience in implant dentistry, including implant-supported prostheses; implant placement experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital dentistry, intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM and CBCT-based planning is preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient-management skills.
- A patient-centric approach, ethical clinical judgement and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.

Compensation

Salary and professional remuneration will be discussed based on qualifications, clinical experience, skill set and the scope of responsibilities.
