We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Software Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in frontend and backend development to design, develop, and implement new business management software from scratch. The candidate will be responsible for developing the complete software application, including user interfaces, server-side logic, databases, APIs, and system integrations, based on the company's business and operational requirements.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and UI design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop current software from scratch based on company requirements.
- Analyze business processes and convert operational needs into software features.
- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces, backend systems, and databases.
- Develop modules for business operations as required.
- Integrate existing systems and third-party applications wherever necessary.
- Perform software testing, debugging, maintenance, and performance optimization.




- Ensure data security, access control, backup, and system reliability.
- Coordinate with management and department teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical support, documentation, and future software enhancements.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of professional, hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development.
- Proven experience developing and deploying complete software applications.
- Ability to independently design, develop, test, and maintain software from scratch.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand business operations and deliver practical, customized software solutions.
- Candidates with experience developing ERP or customized business management systems will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
