- Supervise day-to-day production activities.
- Ensure correct formulation and mixing of products as per approved standards.
- Monitor raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Conduct basic quality control and laboratory testing.
- Maintain batch manufacturing records and production documentation.
- Ensure proper usage and handling of chemicals and raw materials.
- Monitor product quality, consistency, pH, density, viscosity, and other required parameters.
- Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and management teams.
- Maintain laboratory records and quality reports.
- Identify production or quality issues and take corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, and company quality standards.
- Assist in recent product trials and formulation improvements.
