Experience: 5+ years in B2B/B2C Sales (Industrial or Energy Sector preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals in the Raipur region.
- Manage a team of sales executives and support staff.
- Establish robust relationships with distributors, industrial clients, and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record in sales and team management
- Market knowledge of Chhattisgarh region
- Willingness to travel within the region
