About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Mohali. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.

Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and follow-ups.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Assist with onboarding and documentation of new employees.

Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.

Maintain employee records and assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to the HR team.

Requirements:





Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, teamwork, and a proactive approach.
