Job Description

Gokul Tex Print is looking for an experienced and responsible Embroidery Supervisor with good computer knowledge to manage embroidery production, stock inventory, and daily operational activities.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of embroidery production processes, team handling, computer operations, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily embroidery production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and monitor embroidery machines, production schedules, and work allocation.
- Maintain stock records for fabric, threads, materials, accessories, and finished goods.
- Update stock inward and outward entries in the computer system.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare daily stock reports.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about material shortages.
- Coordinate with the purchase, stores, production, and dispatch departments.




- Maintain daily production reports, material consumption records, and wastage reports.
- Ensure product quality and timely completion of production targets.
- Handle workers, assign duties, and monitor employee performance.
- Use MS Excel and other computer applications for production and stock reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in embroidery supervision or textile production.
- Good knowledge of embroidery production processes.
- Strong computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and data entry.
- Knowledge of stock management, inventory control, and record keeping.
- Ability to prepare daily production and stock reports.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience preferred. Embroidery Supervisor – Production & Stock Management.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
