Job Summary

Swarama Power is looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage inventory, maintain stock records, and ensure the proper receipt, storage, and issuance of materials at our Chandpur office.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, returned, and transferred.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Verify incoming materials against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of company materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the purchase, accounts, project, and operations teams.
- Maintain inward and outward registers and other store documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports using MS Excel.




- Ensure timely availability of materials for ongoing projects.
- Report damaged, missing, or defective materials to management.

Requirements

- Previous experience in store management or inventory handling is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and record-keeping.
- Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible approach to work.
- Candidates with experience in electrical, hardware, or solar industry stores will be preferred.
