Responsible for managing daily store operations, sales, customer service, inventory, staff performance, and achieving sales targets while ensuring smooth and effective store functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and staff activities.
- Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory, and product displays.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and visual merchandising.
- Train, supervise, and motivate store employees.
- Ensure proper stock records and minimize inventory loss.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in garments, sarees, or clothing.
- Good leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of sales, inventory management, and billing operations.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
