Key responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts: cash book, bank book, purchase, sales and ledgers
- Record purchase and expense invoices
- Prepare sales invoices, delivery bills and credit notes
- Maintain inventory accounts and calculate production cost
- Reconcile oil yield, by-products and material losses
- Monitor receivables and payables; manage cash and bank reconciliation
- Handle GST and statutory compliance
- Assist in payroll and wage accounting
- Coordinate stock verification and reconcile with accounts
- Prepare financial reports and budgets
- Maintain audit documentation and coordinate with all departments
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
