Job Summary

Koil Hardware is looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate with contractors and workers, ensure the timely delivery and installation of materials, and maintain quality and safety standards at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, fabricators, installers, electricians, and other site workers as required.
- Monitor the receipt, storage, handling, and installation of hardware materials and accessories.
- Verify material quantities, specifications, and quality against approved orders and drawings.
- Maintain daily site progress reports, attendance records, material usage records, and work completion updates.
- Coordinate with the office, warehouse, procurement team, and project manager for timely material availability.
- Ensure proper installation of hardware products, fittings, and accessories according to specifications.
- Identify site issues, delays, material shortages, and technical problems, and report them promptly to management.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules, housekeeping standards, and company procedures.
- Inspect completed work, identify defects, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Monitor wastage, prevent material damage,



and maintain proper accountability of company materials.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

- Diploma or ITI in Civil, Mechanical, or a relevant technical field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, hardware installation, construction, or interior projects preferred.
- Knowledge of hardware products, fittings, tools, installation methods, and material handling.
- Ability to read basic drawings, measurements, and material specifications.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and reporting skills preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely completion of assigned site work.
- Quality of installation and reduction in rework.
- Material utilization and control of wastage.
- Accuracy of site reports and material records.
- Compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
- Effective coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Working Conditions

- Work location: Project sites as assigned by Koil Hardware.
- Working hours: As per company policy and project requirements.
- Travel: Local site visits and travel between project locations may be required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A disciplined, hands-on skilled who can manage site teams, coordinate material requirements, maintain work quality, and ensure smooth execution of projects while representing Koil Hardware professionally.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
