Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall operations of the Study Abroad division.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the counselling and sales teams.
- Develop strategies to achieve admission, revenue, and business growth targets.
- Monitor team performance, student conversions, and enrolment progress.
- Guide students through international education opportunities and admission processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities and international education partners.
- Ensure excellent student service and smooth branch operations.
- Prepare performance reports and implement strategies to improve productivity.





Requirements

- Proven experience in the study abroad industry.
- Previous experience in branch management or a senior leadership role preferred.
- Solid knowledge of international education, admissions, and visa processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
