Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Senior Merchandiser with 2–3 years of experience in the textile industry. The candidate will be responsible for customer communication, coordinating with design, production, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of orders, timely deliveries, and adherence to quality standards.Key Responsibilities

· Handle day-to-day customer communication regarding recent enquiries, product developments, sampling, orders, pricing, and delivery schedules.

- Understand customer / Client requirements, specifications, designs, and product details.
- Coordinate with design, production, sourcing, and quality teams for the smooth execution of textile orders.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing sheets, sampling records, and production follow-up reports.
- Coordinate the development and approval of samples, lab dips, strike-offs, and other product submissions, as applicable.
- Follow up on raw materials, fabrics, trims, accessories, and other production requirements.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion and dispatch of orders.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers,



and internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Track order status, delivery schedules, and production timelines.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular updates on order status to management.
- Support costing, price negotiations, and material consumption calculations.
- Identify delays or discrepancies and take timely corrective action in coordination with the concerned teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, Apparel/Home furnishing Merchandising, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in merchandising within the textile industry.
- Good understanding of textile production processes, fabrics, materials, quality standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of costing, order management, sampling, and production planning.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
