- TNA preparation, monitoring and timely order execution.
- Coordination between buyer, production, quality, sourcing and commercial teams.
- Verification of BOM, Tech Pack, trims and accessories requirements.
- Preparation and maintain the order trackers.
- Coordination for fabric, trims and accessories development and timely availability.
- Coordination of proto, fit, size set, PP and other sample approvals.
- Preparation and maintenance of production files with buyer approvals and comments.
- Monitoring PCD, production status and shipment timelines.
- Follow-up with buyers/buying houses for approvals, clarifications and comments.
- Providing buyer requirements and style-related clarifications to production and quality teams.
- Coordination with QA/third-party agencies for inline, mid and final inspections.
- Coordination with shipping/documentation teams for timely shipment.
- Maintaining style-wise order status and reporting to top management.
- Identifying delays/risks and taking corrective action to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
