The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operations, business development, and administration of the branch in a Multi-State Co-operative Society. The role includes achieving targets for deposits such as FD, RD, and Savings schemes, supervising and guiding branch staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining proper records and compliance with society rules, and providing quality customer service. The Branch Manager also handles business promotion, monitors collection and recovery activities, prepares regular reports for higher management, and works to strengthen customer relationships while ensuring the branch meets its financial and operational goals.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
