We're looking for a confident, camera-friendly person who can explain residential properties in a clear, engaging and trustworthy way.

You will be the face of our real estate content, presenting apartment walkthroughs, project features, location guides and property-buying tips for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media platforms.

Responsibilities

- Present residential properties on camera.
- Explain project features, amenities, layouts and verified pricing.
- Deliver short, engaging property walkthroughs.
- Participate in educational videos and social media trends.
- Work with the video editor to plan and execute shoots.
- Speak naturally and professionally in Hindi, Punjabi and/or English, depending on the audience.
- Follow approved scripts and ensure property information is accurate.

Requirements





- Confidence speaking in front of a camera.
- Clear communication and a natural presentation style.
- Qualified attitude and punctuality.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across the Tricity region.
- Prior experience in anchoring, acting, sales, hosting or content creation is helpful but not compulsory.

We value communication skills and authenticity over modelling experience.
