Position: Academic Hostel Warden

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and student-friendly Academic Hostel Warden to manage hostel activities, maintain discipline, and support students in their academic and personal development.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Supervise students and ensure discipline within the hostel.

* Monitor students’ daily routines, study hours, and academic progress.

* Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive hostel setting.

* Ensure students follow hostel rules and regulations.

* Monitor attendance, study sessions, and student activities.

* Coordinate with teachers, parents, and management regarding student performance and behavior.

* Address students’ concerns and provide guidance and motivation.

* Ensure proper care, safety, and well-being of students.

* Maintain hostel records, attendance registers, and daily reports.

* Handle emergencies and report incidents promptly to the management.





Qualifications and Skills

* Graduate or postgraduate degree in any relevant discipline.

* Prior experience in hostel management, student supervision, or academic mentoring is preferred.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong leadership, discipline, and organizational abilities.

* Patient, approachable, and capable of handling students responsibly.

* Ability to monitor and motivate students to achieve academic excellence.

Key Requirements

* Commitment to student safety and academic development.

* Willingness to stay in the hostel, if required.

* Ability to work flexible hours according to hostel needs.
