Job Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to handle client calls and understand their property needs. The person will collect the required details, check suitable property options, and pass the information to the Residential or Commercial team for further action.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to clients and understand their property requirements.
- Collect information about budget, preferred location, property type, and purpose.
- Speak with buyers, sellers, and property owners to understand their needs.
- Identify suitable property options based on client requirements.
- Share qualified leads and client details with the relevant sales team.
- Follow up with clients to check their interest and updated requirements.
- Maintain accurate client details and call records in the company system.
- Coordinate with the Residential and Commercial teams regarding lead status.
- Keep client information updated and ensure proper follow-up.
Requirements
- Any degree.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience preferred; candidates with relevant skills may apply.
- Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
- Kannada and English language skills preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
- Ability to speak confidently with clients and understand their needs.
- Interest in sales, customer coordination, and real estate.
