* knowledge in chain drive and sysytem , water pumps and motors removing and fixing ,welding and fabrication ,gearboxes repairing , and pnuematic conveying systems ,boiler, chiller, air compressore maitanance knowledge.
* Analysising the reasons for repeated mechanical break downs and taking necessary corrective and preventive actions to avoid repeated mechanical breakdowns in the shifts and running the machines quickly to avoid production losses.
*ITI Fitter or Diploma in Mechnical Engg or Diploma in Mechtranics Engg. Working experience in food products manufacturing industries (especially vermicelli & pasta products) will be added advantage. Experience - 3 years & above.
