We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and results-oriented Content Marketing Specialist to promote our courses, strengthen our online presence, and attract prospective students through engaging and informative content.

Job Summary

The Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across digital platforms to promote the academy's courses, programs, and educational activities. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, an understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to communicate effectively with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement content marketing strategies to promote ISON ACADEMY and its courses.

- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Write captions, blogs, articles, website content, promotional copy, and educational posts.

- Plan and create content for reels, short-form videos, stories, and promotional campaigns.

- Research relevant topics, audience interests, educational trends, and competitors.

- Develop monthly content calendars and ensure timely publication.





- Collaborate with the design and digital marketing teams to create attractive marketing materials.

- Create student-focused content to increase course awareness, enquiries, and admissions.

- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

- Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, and other relevant metrics.

- Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements to content strategies.

- Support admission campaigns, workshops, events, and other institutional promotions.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- Relevant certifications or practical experience in content marketing and digital marketing are an advantage.

- Candidates with strong writing skills and a relevant portfolio may also be considered.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong creative writing, storytelling, and research skills.

- Good understanding of social media platforms and content marketing.

- Ability to write clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.

- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.





- Familiarity with content planning and scheduling tools.

- Knowledge of Canva or similar content design tools is an advantage.

- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.

- Creativity, time management, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in educational marketing or promoting courses and training programs.

- Ability to create content in English and Malayalam, if required by the target audience.

- Experience with blogs, website content, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.

- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools.

- A portfolio of previous content, campaigns, or writing samples.
