We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Inside Telecalling Executives to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating genuine leads, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits to help achieve sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Explain property projects, plot details, villas, pricing, and amenities.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and investment preferences.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer information and call records in the company database.
- Build good relationships with customers and handle their queries professionally.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Requirements
- Positive communication skills in Kannada, English, or Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, computers, and WhatsApp.
- Confident, positive, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Previous telecalling or real estate experience is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35000
