URGENT HIRING | ACADEMIC COORDINATOR

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Academic Coordinator who can strengthen academic standards, improve teaching quality, and contribute to the overall development of our school.

ABOUT THE SCHOOL

- Classes: Nursery to Class 8
- Medium of Instruction: English
- Location: Quila Road, Dharmu Nala, Bajbahadur, Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage academic planning, syllabus completion, and teaching standards.
- Conduct regular teacher training, classroom observations, and performance reviews.
- Improve students' spoken English, communication skills, and confidence.
- Maintain strong discipline, punctuality, and a positive learning environment.
- Monitor academic progress and improve examination results.
- Ensure teacher accountability and effective classroom management.
- Strengthen parent communication, student retention, and admission growth.
- Work closely with the School Management to implement academic improvement strategies.
- Take Mathematics/Science classes when required, subject to qualifications and school requirements.
- Develop a solid academic system with clear targets and measurable results.

CANDIDATE PROFILE





- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant teaching or academic leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and team-management skills.
- Excellent command of English and the ability to improve spoken English among teachers and students.
- Ability to train teachers, maintain discipline, and deliver measurable academic improvements.
- A hardworking, honest, dedicated, and growth-oriented professional.

SALARY & CAREER GROWTH

₹40,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
