Key Responsibilities
- Assist in client follow-ups and relationship coordination
- Support achievement of team growth targets
- Organize meetings, presentations, and institutional visits
- Maintain lead databases and update daily reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Qualifications
- Final-year students or fresh graduates
- Degree in Psychology (preferred) / Business / Marketing / HR
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Confidence in speaking and networking
- Willingness to learn sales and business processes
- Energetic, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
