We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive – Voice to connect with customers, generate leads, and support business growth through calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and handle inbound calls.
Explain products/services to customers.
Generate leads and follow up with customers.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain customer and call records.
Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
Requirements:
Good verbal communication skills.
Basic English and regional language proficiency.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented.
