About the Role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to develop engaging visuals for our agency’s clients across different industries. The role involves designing social media creatives, marketing materials, and brand assets while maintaining quality and consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reel covers, and digital advertisements.
- Create brochures, presentations, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Develop concepts based on client briefs and campaign objectives.
- Follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas to each project.
- Work with the content and marketing team to translate ideas into effective visuals.
- Prepare final artwork with the correct dimensions, formats, and specifications for digital and print use.
- Incorporate feedback and deliver revisions within agreed timelines.
- Manage multiple projects and maintain organised design files.

Skills and Requirements

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition,



and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create original designs and adapt to different brand styles.
- Attention to detail, including alignment, spacing, readability, and consistency.
- Valuable communication and time management skills.
- Ability to understand briefs, take feedback, and work collaboratively.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant graphic design work.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a creative or digital marketing agency.
- Familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, or Canva.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
- Experience preparing artwork for print production.
