PEAK Plates is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client communications, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the smooth functioning of our daily meal subscription services. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Communication: Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. 2. Client Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Order Coordination: Coordinate daily meal subscriptions, delivery schedules, meal preferences, and client requirements. 4. Customer Feedback: Collect feedback, address complaints, and coordinate with the kitchen and delivery teams to resolve issues promptly. 5. Subscription Management: Track subscription renewals, new enquiries, cancellations, and customer follow-ups. 6. Sales Support: Follow up with potential customers, explain available meal plans, and assist in converting enquiries into subscriptions. 7. Record Keeping:



Maintain accurate customer details, order records, feedback, and communication logs. 8. Team Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen, dietitian, and delivery team to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Valuable interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach. - Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel or Google Sheets. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle customer concerns professionally. - Good organizational and follow-up skills. - Fluency in Malayalam and English; Hindi is an added advantage. - Prior experience in customer service, customer relationship management, sales, or a similar role is preferred. - Freshers with good communication and organizational skills may also apply. Preferred Candidate A responsible, organized, and solution-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with customers, manage daily follow-ups, and contribute to customer retention and business growth.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
