Position Summary

NexusIQ Solutions is looking for a motivated MBA Finance fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will support day-to-day finance operations, invoicing, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and verify customer invoices and vendor bills.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Track receivables, payables, expenses, and payments.
- Prepare monthly MIS and management reports.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support GST, TDS, audit, and statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and external consultants.




- Support the Finance Manager/CFO in financial analysis and other assigned activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance fundamentals.
- Good MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.
- Basic understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books / ERP / accounting software is an advantage.

MBA – Finance and CA- Intern /CA- Semi Qualified any students who have already graduated and are currently seeking employment opportunities.
