Role overview
You will carry out mechanical maintenance and repair work on plant machinery, reducing breakdowns and keeping production on schedule.

Key responsibilities
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment Maintain and repair furnaces, rolling mills, drawing machines, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors and compressors Fit, align and replace bearings, shafts, couplings, belts, chains and seals Read mechanical drawings and fabricate or modify parts when needed Do basic welding, gas cutting, drilling and grinding work Maintain lubrication schedules and maintenance records Report recurring faults and suggest improvements Follow all safety procedures, including lockout-tagout Should have knowledge of TLJ300, TLJ400, furnace,

Requirements
ITI (Fitter / Mechanic) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a metal or heavy engineering plant Ability to read drawings and use measuring instruments Willingness to work in shifts and respond to breakdown calls

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
