The ideal candidate for the Property Buying Associate position should have 2–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, property acquisition, or land purchasing. They should have robust skills in property sourcing, identifying suitable land and plots, negotiating prices with landowners, conducting market research, evaluating property locations and prices, and coordinating property site visits. The candidate should have a basic understanding of land documentation, ownership verification, Jamabandi, patta, mutation, and property-related legal requirements. They should be capable of building relationships with property dealers, brokers, and landowners, maintaining property databases, preparing comparative price reports, and coordinating with the legal and management teams to complete property acquisition processes. Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, networking, and decision-making skills are essential.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
