We build brands for clients in corporate, real estate and hospitality across India, and we also have international accounts in Australia and Canada. Our work covers social media, performance marketing, content production, SEO and more. We take the work seriously and keep the office fun.
The Role
We’re looking for a designer and editor who can do both jobs well. You should have a strong eye for aesthetics, be comfortable with AI tools, and be ready to experiment with them. You’ll create static creatives, reels, ad films and campaign assets from the first idea to the final export. You’ll also keep track of what’s new in AI and bring the useful tools into our day-to-day work.
What You’ll Do
- Design social media creatives, ad creatives, brochures, EDMs, presentations and brand assets for multiple clients
- Edit reels, short-form videos, ad films, event highlights and property walkthroughs that are tight, trendy and on-brand
- Create motion graphics, kinetic typography, transitions and animated logos in After Effects
- Use AI tools for image generation, video generation, upscaling, background removal, voiceovers and faster turnarounds
- Follow emerging AI tools and bring new techniques to the team before others in the market adopt them
- Turn briefs and scripts into strong visuals with minimal back-and-forth
- Keep each client’s brand guidelines consistent while still pushing creative ideas
- Work closely with the content, social media and performance teams on campaigns and ad variations
- Manage several projects at once and deliver on deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally at an agency or in a brand-facing role
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is a plus
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Seedance, Google Veo/Flow, ElevenLabs or similar
- A solid sense of typography, colour, layout and composition
- An understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn trends, reel formats and what performs on social media
- Experience with real estate, hospitality or corporate brands is a strong advantage
- Good with feedback, quick to iterate and not precious about first drafts
