Key Responsibilities

- Plan and post content regularly on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube to increase reach, followers, and engagement.
- Shoot and appear on camera in reels and short videos that explain our visa services simply and confidently.
- Edit reels and videos with captions, music, transitions, and text overlays so they perform well on social media.
- Track trending topics, hashtags, and reel formats, and use them to get more views and shares.
- Engage with the audience by replying to comments and DMs, and pass interested inquiries to the sales team as leads.
- Add clear calls-to-action (call, DM, website, WhatsApp) in posts to convert followers into inquiries.
- Support SEO and blog publishing so social media traffic also reaches the website.
- Monitor reach, engagement, and leads using Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics, and share weekly summaries.




- Study competitors' social media to find content ideas that bring better reach and leads.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Video editing skills using tools like CapCut, InShot, VN, or Adobe Premiere Pro (must).
- Interest in appearing on camera and comfort showing your face in videos.
- Understanding of reels, trends, and what makes content go viral.
- Familiarity with Canva, social media schedulers, and analytics tools (training provided).
- Positive written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in front of the camera.
- Creative thinking, willingness to learn, and a results-driven attitude.
- Basic analytical skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
