We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of software solutions while guiding a technical team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of enhancements for customer-facing applications, working across a modern technology stack deployed on cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

- Lead enhancement design, development, and delivery for customer-facing applications
- Support a high release cadence (20+ releases/month) through the GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline
- Work across the technology stack, including Spring, Java, and PostgreSQL
- Apply the minor-enhancement boundary (approximately 5 working days / 40 hours) when scoping incoming requests
- Coordinate with the Enhancement Architect on design alignment and technical risk
- Provide technical guidance to Engineers supporting the application portfolio




- Own end-to-end delivery of software solutions while guiding and mentoring the technical team

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field
- 10+ years of experience in software development, testing, and implementation
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in Java and SQL
- Expertise in Spring Boot and microservices deployment
- Background in GitHub Actions and CI/CD practices supporting a high release cadence (20+ releases/month)
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL

Nice to have

- Knowledge of Redis and RabbitMQ
- Experience deploying dockerized microservices
- Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud environments
