DRAFTSPERSON | CHENNAI | FULL-TIME | IMMEDIATE JOINING

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Developing detailed architectural and working drawings
- Preparing plans, sections, elevations and construction details
- Developing furniture, joinery and architectural details
- Preparing interior working drawings and detailing
- Coordinating drawings with consultants and site teams
- Managing revisions and maintaining organised drawing sets
- Working closely with our architects on projects from design to execution

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 2–5 years of experience in architectural drafting
- Robust proficiency in AutoCAD
- Good understanding of construction and detailing
- Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings




- Strong attention to detail and drawing accuracy
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Experience with large-scale residential projects is a plus

ADDED ADVANTAGE

- Experience in interior working drawings, furniture/joinery detailing and material detailing will be a bonus
- Knowledge of Revit / BIM, SketchUp or Photoshop is also an advantage
