Job Summary
We are looking for confident and customer-focused Client Service Executives to handle calls, assist tenants and landlords, promote company services, and convert inquiries into potential business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from tenants, landlords, and prospective customers.
- Respond to inquiries professionally and provide information about company services.
- Promote property management services and convince potential customers.
- Build positive customer relationships through polite and empathetic communication.
- Follow up with leads and maintain call records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in telecalling, sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Excellent spoken English and confidence in communicating with U.S.-based customers.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls and customer inquiries.
- Real estate or U.S. customer support experience is an added advantage.
