Key Responsibilities

- Drive sponsorship and exhibition sales for Cybertech conferences and related initiatives.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across India
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers including CEOs, CMOs, CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Marketing, Business Development leaders, and Government Relations teams.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting through proposal development, negotiations, contract execution, and account management.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall event revenue objectives.




- Develop customized sponsorship packages that align with client business objectives and marketing goals.
- Maintain regular engagement with existing sponsors while identifying opportunities for upselling and long-term partnerships.
- Represent Cybertech at industry events, networking functions, and conferences when required.

Requirements

- 5+ Years of Sales Experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours around international events when required.
- Prior experience in events is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
