About the Role

I'm looking for a creative and reliable individual to help manage content creation for two growing brands: a personal fitness and coaching business, and AEVYN, a premium Indian clothing brand.

This is an chance to work directly with the founder, build practical experience in social media and digital branding, and contribute to growing two independent businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram posts, carousels, and stories using Canva or similar tools.
- Edit short-form videos and Reels using tools such as CapCut, VN, or equivalent apps.
- Help plan and organise content calendars for both brands.
- Research relevant fitness, fashion, and social media trends.
- Write simple, engaging captions and suggest content ideas.
- Assist with scheduling and publishing content.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media content.




- Familiarity with Canva and a basic video-editing tool.
- Creativity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take feedback.
- A portfolio or sample work is a plus, but not compulsory.

Freshers and students with relevant skills are welcome to apply.

Workload & Compensation

- Part-time, flexible working hours.
- Limited, clearly defined monthly deliverables based on the agreed workload.
- Monthly compensation of ₹1,000–₹4,000, depending on skills, experience, and scope.
