We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will make calls to potential customers, explain our courier and cargo services, generate new business leads, and convert customer inquiries into bookings.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outgoing calls to new and potential customers.
- Explain the company's domestic and international courier and cargo services.
- Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable shipping services.
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities through calling.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Maintain daily calling records and sales follow-up reports.
- Achieve sales targets given by the company.
Skills Required
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to speak Hindi and Gujarati; basic English is preferred.
- Confidence in speaking with recent customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or telecalling will be an advantage.
