- Experience in Aari work and tailoring (min 1–2 years Pref)
- Certification/Diploma in Tailoring, Fashion Designing
- Strong knowledge of Aari embroidery techniques and garment construction
- Ability to handle both beginner and advanced level students
- Good communication skills (Tamil required; basic English is an advantage)
- Passion for teaching and skill development
