Factory Manager – Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and monitor daily factory operations to meet production targets.
- Supervise workers, supervisors, technicians, and support teams.
- Ensure product quality, reduce defects, and maintain customer standards.
- Implement health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Control production costs, wastage, manpower, and materials.
- Coordinate machine maintenance and reduce downtime.
- Manage inventory, raw materials, and production schedules.
- Prepare reports on production, quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and process efficiency.

Government Relations

- Coordinate with local, state, and central government departments when required.
- Maintain professional relationships with officials, inspectors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure factory licenses, permits, inspections, and compliance documentation are up to date.




- Communicate with authorities in a consistent and professional manner as per company policy.
- Support management in handling government notices, audits, and statutory requirements.

Local Community Relations

- Maintain good relationships with local community leaders, residents, and stakeholders.
- Address community concerns related to factory operations, safety, traffic, noise, or environment.
- Support local engagement activities, CSR initiatives, and community welfare programs.
- Promote a positive company image in the surrounding community.
- Coordinate with local bodies during emergencies or community-related issues.

Must Requirements

- Must be able to read and write Tamil and English.
- Robust communication, leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of factory operations, safety standards, compliance, and government/local liaison activities.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
